Rental terms & conditions
1 – VILLA RATE INCLUDES :
Daily Continental breakfast in the villa
Onetime Airport transfer ( pick up and drop service )
Welcome drink and cool towel upon arrival
Fresh fruit and flower upon arrival
Complementary Wi-Fi Internet connection
Rates are valid from 1st January 2017 to 1st January 2018. Rates are in US dollar, subject to 5% service charge and 10.5% Government tax. Rates are valid for maximum ten (10) adults and four children (4)
2 – SEASONS :
Low Season, January 9th to June 30th , Oct 1st to Dec 19th ( excluding Easter )
High Season, July 1st to 31st , Sept 1st to 30th , Easter Week and Chinese New year
Peak Season, Aug 1st to Aug 31st , Dec 20th to January 8th ( Christmas & New year )
3 – MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS :
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 10 nights
Peak Season : 15 nights
4 – CHECK IN :
- Check In time 14:00,
- check out time 12:00, Bali time
5 – DEPOSIT :
Deposit for lost and breakage is required at amount USD 2000 which should be given upon arrival and will be returned before departure. If it is something broken or lost for villa property, this deposit will be deducted automatically.
6 – PAYMENT POLICY :
Any confirm booking received is required 50% deposit not refundable of the entire booking reserved then 100% payment should be received within one month prior to arrival.
7 – CANCELLATION POLICY :
Any cancellation received within 30 days or more prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the entire booking reserved.
Cancellation within one week prior to arrival, no show, and early check out are subject to 100 % of entire booking/number of nights reserved.
8 – CHILD POLICY AND EXTRA PERSON :
Due to safety considerations in the villa, reservation for children below 6 years of age is not recommended and no responsibility will be taken by the management.
Baby Cot is subject to an additional charge at USD 20 / night
Extra bed is subject to an additional charge at USD 120 per person, which includes daily continental breakfast.
9 – AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Rate includes onetime pick up and one time drop from and to the airport. Any additional vehicles required due to flights difference, size of luggage or other will be charged at prevailing rates.
The driver will wait outside the arrival gate and will hold a sign board with your name on it.
